HRLink Consulting: Esra is coming from an extensive HR background with over ten years deep corporate HR experience in diverse global markets. She was the HR Manager of AstraZeneca – Turkey, prior to relocating to the US, where she also played a key role delivering a global merger with various task forces including setting up the new company’s compensation and benefits system. She is a certified trainer, facilitator and a 360 Degree Feedback Coach. She signed three union contracts in different companies, and has experience on all areas of HR such as compensation and benefits, safety, training and development, employee relations, recruitment, staffing, industrial relations and HRIS in various markets. She has been running her own business since April 2005 as an HR Consultant where she gained experience in different markets with support services in HR.
